Third Trimester

In less than 3 months, didi will be born. Hard to believe but it is true. Soon, the monthly doctor's visit will be every three weeks, then, every two weeks. It will be great for us to be able to see didi more frequently, to have Dr. Cheung checking on his development, to see him suck his thumb and move his legs on the screen, and to see how he is doing before we really get to see him in person. Imagine that...

Didi ah, mommy only gained half a kilo since our last doctor's visit. I hope this does not mean you did not grow bigger and stronger. I feel your strong kicks everyday and am so happy to know that you are an energetic little guy!

Didi, did you give mommy those hairs on mommy's tummy? Is this your first present for mommy? Mommy doesn't mind a hairy tummy because those hairs will be gone after you are born. Please don't give mommy any stretch marks...because mommy will be stuck with it for a long long time...

We went to visit jovi today. She is always on the move and it was certainly not easy to get her to stand still and get a photo of her.

Water broke! Relax, not me...

This happened when I went the Family Health Centre for my check-up yesterday in Honghum. A lady with a huge belly was sent to the hospital for labour. Not all that dramatic like what you see on ER, but that was quite an interesting experience to see someone who stands in front of you whoes water actually broke and the baby is on its way!

The Doctor at the centre who saw me was a nice female doctor. She was very patient and answered all my questions regarding Down's syndrome. She said not to worry too much as all my blood work and ultrasound scan showed didi is doing fine.

I found that my weight is improving in the past two days, yeah, good boy, didi.

There are thunder storms in HK everyday and this has lasted for almost two weeks now. When is the sun going to come out? Didi and I stay put inside whenever we can to avoide the slippery floors. We are the perfect team. =P

My tummy at 27 weeks.

This is what my tummy looks like at 27 weeks. It might look enormous to most people, but I wish it is bigger! My weight remained the same for more than a week now and I am concerend if didi is growing at the speed he should be growing...

I must eat more and didi you must grow!

Although my weight remainded the same, didi kept himself busy and has been really active these days. Every time when I put my hand on my tummy, I could feel him and that makes me very happy. ^_^

Measurement:
Head 頭圍：6.4cm ; Body 身體：7.0cm ; Leg 大腿：4.9cm。
頭已朝下，就生產位置，Didi真乖！ ^_^


是的，又是一張朦查查的大頭照...健康就好，上不上相就先別計較了。

今天的產檢醫生說Didi是中碼 size 標準的26週寶寶。我問醫生應該怎麼做才能讓他變成大碼，因為我不要寶寶像我只是個小碼，希望他跟爸爸一樣是個大碼。

但是醫生居然跟我說，你是個小碼呀，中碼寶寶可以了，大碼會生不出來，你不用太努力，保持這樣的進度就好。

如果是這樣，Didi要變大碼的任務就要交給老公囉，寶寶長大後，請努力教Didi游泳和打籃球吧！

Who is this cute little one? She is didi's cousin Jovi, who is an energetic 2-year-old. Trouble maker at home and heart stealer in the park accoridng to grandma, haha.

大概一個禮拜前拍的，肚肚有沒有大啊?嘿嘿...

Scary scale

This has to be the period when didi grows most rapidly. I read from a poster at the hospital, week 24-27 is when they really grow and your tummy really show.

Every morning when I step on the scale and I scare myself....what? another 1kg just over night?! *_* At this speed, I will gain too many kilos before my check-up and the Dr. will tell me off...

Then this morning I saw my weight went down again...I wonder what is going on. I hope all these weight is actually going to didi, not on me.

Didi, be a good boy ah...grow grow grow~~~
