Unforgetable September
We had a very busy September this year. Didi turned 5 at the beginning of the month, and then we had relatives from New York and a friend from Hamilton who came to visit us. It was very nice for the adults to catch up with relatives and an old friend and great for didi to get to know them a bit more better. This is a September to remember!

Primary One!
Didi enjoyed his first day at the big kids' school on 19 August, 2010. Although it was only for an hour, he said he liked the new school very much.
Now almost three weeks into his first term, I think he has settled into the new school quite well. He has some old friends from kindergarten who go to the different classes in the primary school, a kung-fu classmate who happens to be a year 2 kid and is also on the school bus with him. Every now and then, the does bring up some other kids' names, so I suppose he is meeting new friends too.
We also celebrated his birthday last week. I really hope Mr Big-5 can truly enjoy a great year at his new school!

Another date for your diary is this year's annual Visual Arts Exhibition, Recycle Recreate based on the theme of recycling. Our creative students have used everyday used materials such as plastic bottles, cardboard, plastic bags, and transformed them into amazing pieces of artwork.
The recycling or reuse of materials has become a new challenge and inspiration for many artists. At Kids' Gallery, we teach children of all ages to have an awareness of how each of us affects our surroundings.
Over 500 of our visual arts students are participating in this event, so come along and show your support and be amazed at what your old rubbish can be transformed into.

About Spiky, again
Remember our pet fish Spiky? Didi still misses him every now and then.
At dinner time, didi missed Spiky and he said...
"Mommy, after Spiky died, he lives in our body part."
I was puzzled and tried to explain to him that it didn't make sense, then he continued to say...
"He lives in my heart."
My heart melted right on the spot.
Didi, you are a sensitive and sentimental kid, mommy is very proud of that.

Looking forward to a new beginning this August
We started this week with two good news. didi was accepted by two primary schools and now we finally have a chance to make a decidion which we didn't have an opportunity to make at the beginning of this year. We are just reliefed that all has settled now and schooling for the next few years have been finalized.
Well done didi, and welcome to a new beginning of your new school life! Mommy is proud of you as always!

Didi's operation
Didi had his operation today because his tonsils were too large. The large tonsils were causing some problems becasue didi couldn't sleep, breath, swallow or hear very well. Didi's doctor is also a professor who is a very clever gentleman who helped him to remove the tonsils, adenoid and clear the water in his mid-ear. A gommet was placed in didi's right ear as the fluid was too thick to clear.
Didi said: "I think the hosptial looks like a hotel. I sleep in the hosptial tonight with mommy."
Now didi's throat hurts a little bit but he is such a brave boy, everybody is so proude of him!
He is going to go home tomorrow and after 10 days he can talk loudly again!

About my dead pet fish - Spiky
I am very sad because I don't want fishes to die until a thousand days. My pet fish is dead. He is in the heaven now with Jesus Christ.

What do you like to play at home?
I like to play lego, blocks and puzzles at home. Who is your favourite friend?
Aidan from owl class. Before he was in rabbit class. I love to pretend to play fishing with Adian in the school bus.
What is your hobby?
My hobby is playing lego and blocks and puzzles. What sports do you do? I do kung-fu. I punch and kick like turning kick. I love to do kung-fu because it is very fun. 
What belt have you got?
I got yellow bet.
What do you do with your family in the weekends?
Sometimes I buy fish, and then after that the fish will be very happy because they love their new home. What else do you do in the weekends?
I am thinking...sometimes we go fishing with our family, Uncle Axxx, Uncle Mxxx, Jxxx Gor gor and Auntie Rxxx.
Tell me about your family.
My family is very nice. My daddy's name is Gxxxx. He is the most wonderful at driving and eating. I ask daddy about things that I don't know. And there is my helper AXXXXX, she is the most wonderful person at cooking. She is very nice, almost like my mommy. And there is my mommy Kxxxx, my mommy is very nice and she looooooooooves me! My mommy is very impoooooooooooooooootrant because she loooooves to be important. She wants to teach me some clever things.
