Didi was born in the evening (9:30) of 2 September, 2005. It was an extremely emotional moment for all of us. The second I heard didi's first cry, tears came streaming down my cheeks too. To me, it was a magical moment for me to remember in this lifetime. Gordon was definitely overjoyed to see his son breathing his first mouthful of air and all.
The bad news is, amniotic fluid got into didi's lungs during the delivery and he had problem getting rid of the fluid quickly, meaning that he needs special care at the hospital. Although I am home recovering well, I miss him like crazy. Gordon goes to visit him everyday while I have visited him twice since Tuesday. Hopefully, didi can come home in another day or two. Didi is a tough kid and he recovers extremely well. I know that he will be home soon and I am going to kiss and hug him for all I want.
