Tearless Monday!

Yes, we are definitely on our way to stress-free mornings!!!! No tears this morning and he even waved good-bye to AJ right before he went inside the school building!

I actually introduced a bribery reward system and came up with the following chart starting last week. If he goes to school without crying, then he can put a stamp on the happy boy column. If he cries either before or after school, he would have to put a stamp on the sad boy column. If he manages to put 5 happy boy stamps on the left column, then he is rewarded with a special toy on Saturday.

Last week, he had three happy boy stamps and 2 sad boy stamps. I asked him if he deserved any toy, he voluntarily said "No". I encourage him to try harder this week and let's see if we will have a fruitful week, for everyone!
